Requesting money back

So I can request any money back on some of my leads i have gone onto why i cant request and it says 1. You need to be on a subscription plan. Pay-as-you-go members can’t ask for credit back. I am a bit confused because we are not pay as you go we pay a monthly direct debit. Many Thanks Jess
