Hi Judy, I am not a gardener but I do know that sourcing materials at the moment is difficult. The normal way of going to your supplier and getting what you want is gone for the present. I would however advise your friend to be patient but not to part with any more money until more value of payment is undertaken. In a worse case scenario he/she can complain to rated people who will follow it up and in an extreme case she can leave a negative rating on his/her page
