My Fence was damaged on the left side. Very unsafe! I was told by my housing association that it was my responsibility.
I decided to take it down, as there is a alley leading from my neighbours garden on the right which is only used as a dumping alley for the past 5 years. The alley runs down the back of my fence leading down on the left side onto my alley out the side of the house.
I cleared the alley, moved mt shed back and lay new turf. The housing company are coming out as the right side neighbour has complained that i have extended my garden and taken their alley away! they have a gate leading out the side of their house same as mine. Please help me with some advice
