Quote How to access after tradesman's visit on site.?

See above I received a visit from tradesman yesterday. I expected an email quote possibly today. Nothing received so far. WHERE on your site is the quote likely to have been lodged? difficult for the punter like me to work out where to look. Plus you suggest approaching other businesses which do not seem to exist. what is that about please?
