I had a patio done by Lawns & Grounds from Bury 9 months, a lot of the grouting between the paving has broken up and disappeared and weeds are now growing in the gaps. I have asked Lawns & Grounds on three occasions to come and repair and they are ignoring my emails. I was an expensive job that looked good for 6 months. I would like to know whether you think this is acceptable behavior for a company.
