Dear Imma You can not fox it your self as UHWS are very danger if not maintain properley . Drip can be caused by overheating, faulty PTRV or expansion vessel needs recharging. I would suggest to get in touch with competent engineer who has a certificate for Unvented Hot Water Systems. Regards Rafal

Dear Imma you just need engineer holding UHWS card and do not forget to turn all immersion heaters off;)

Hi Imma, you need to switch electric supply to heater and arrange a visit by qualified engineer holding G3 qualification. Regards zarir
