Some of my radiators are hot at the top, but cool at the bottom in the middle. I've been told I may need to have the system flushed, is this correct?

Hi Mark yes your heating system required power flushing. Sludge build up on a bottom of your radiators and blocked radiators chanels in side not alowing water to flow correctly that's why radiators are worm on a to.p Power flushing or chemical flushing ( if power flushing won't help)will resolve a problem. Do not forget to ask engineer for fitting of magnaclean filter to prevent sludge buiding up in a future. I hope this will help. Regards Rafal
