Hi If you are constantly loosing pressure in your boiler while heating is on and water being discharge via PRV it seems to be like faulty PRV or expansion vesel needs recharging. ( in worse case it's split diaphram in expansion vessel and will required replacemnt) I hope this will help kind regards Rafal
