Ballpark cost removing back boiler and replacing with mid range combi

Our old back boiler has given up the ghost so I am looking for a rough figure of how much it would cost to remove from the flu in the sitting room and replace it with a combi in the (downstairs) bathroom. I have zero idea of costs whether it is 2k or 4k and would appreciate some guidance so I don't get ripped off.
