Baxi combi boiler small water leak from diverter valve

Hi, I have a baxi combi boiler 105e, The diaphragm for the divertor valve was replaced over a year ago by a plumber. Since it was replaced there has been a small drip of water coming out of the diaphragm assembly housing where the push rod moves up and down. The boiler itself works fine. Any ideas to stop this leak?
