Worcester-Bosch 28i is working for central heating but not hot water

Posted by Victoria Porter, on
My Junior 28i is working for central heating but not hot water. No hot water at all from taps even though the boiler fires up when the tap is switched on. I have tried switching central heating off completely and switching hot water on to on or timed and it heats up the central heating still. I am looking for some advice on what the problem could be and if this is an easy fix, the boiler is essentially working but doing the wrong thing with the hot water controls.
