Electronic Heating Programmer Installation

I currently have a Myson thermostat at my place which a manual dial that controls the temperature of my heating system. I want to replace it with a Electronic Heating Programmer. I'm not sure which type of tradesman I need for doing the same. I'm thinking of 'Drayton' Heading Programmer but then I don't even know if it will be compatible with my heating system. I have Gas Central Heating at my place.
