Timer on boiler not working

Hi, I have a Glow Worm 30CXI boiler and the timer appears to be faulty. The time on the dial is set correctly but it doesn't start up when it's supposed to when programmed, but is fine if turning on full. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Matt. There are a couple of items that you need to check. 1. Does the clock move with respect to the time accordingly? 2. Do you hear the clock ticking 24/7 irrespective of the setting? 3. Do you have a room thermostat connected to the heating system as well? Regards, Sam
