Hi Shiv, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account on our main site (here:https://www.ratedpeople.com/log-in) or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. This will bring up a list of jobs that you have posted through Rated People. You'll then need to select the appropriate job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. As Rafal has explained, a tradesman can also send you an emailed prompt to leave him/her a rating. If you have received this, you can rate the tradesman this way instead, through simply clicking on their name in the email and following the instructions. I hope this helps.
