Yes you may have slug not just in your rads but now in your new boiler. Always best to flush before installing a new boiler and add a filter.
My radiators gone cold. needs flushing.

My radiators went cold and checking the new boiler, i concluded that it needs to be flushed as advised when it was being installed a yr ago.
