Replace relief valve on Keston C36 combi

Possible replacement of expansion vessel too. I live in a new build property and my boiler is constantly losing water pressure. No leaks found. Problem narrowed down to faulty relief valve and possible expansion vessel. I'm based in Leyton, London.
