Hi Barbara Black water from a system seems to be that your boiler needs power flushing as is build up w ith a sludge that's why water pressure is getting high I would suggest to seek advice on main Rated People website by posting your job description there then 3 companies will contact you to discuss details of a job Best regards Rafal
