Good Afternoon Gary, This would normally be a job that an electrician would take on, or if the model of the oven is a more rare one, an appliance engineer would be a good port of call. In my experience, nine times out of ten, it is an element failure when an oven is not heating up. The price of the replacement part can vary from make and models, and whether you are wanting to replace it with a branded element or non-branded. If it is not the element that is at fault, then it can be several other things, including the thermostat etc... but this would need to be assessed on inspection. I hope this helps. Declan
