Gas oven not staying lit.

When I try to turn my gas oven on i go through the process of twisting and pushing in the button so it lights. When I let go the flames disappear and the oven clicks until I turn it off. The grill directly above works just fine. Is this a case of just needing a clean or will it need new parts?? Thank you.
