Old house in need of renovation. The central heating works fine but the pipework is all exposed and running along skirting and down the middle of walls. Also the hot water cylinder is in a bedroom cupboard and I want to move it into a newly built airing cupboard in the hall. Is it cheaper to just rip out and start again or work with what is there? The house will be empty with carpets up etc.
