Approximate Cost To Replace Combi Boiler Top Up Valve

Approximately how much would it be to replace the filling loop system on my combi boiler please?
The valve has rounded off (screwdriver needed) so it's very hard work trying to close it off when topping up.
Would the whole system have to be drained for this?
