How much would it be to replace a gas fire which has a back boiler?

Currently have an old wall mounted gas fire with a back boiler, can i replace just the fire and roughly how much would it be ?. My mother is elderly and therefore I cannot have a combi boiler fitted as she could not put up with the upheaval.
