I am being relocated by the NHBC over the winter so that the roof to my development (I live in a top floor flat with a condensing combi boiler) can be replaced. Obviously, I want to do everything possible to safeguard my plumbing and central heating systems against low temperatures, especially as it could get very cold beneath the false roof, so would appreciate your advice
