Hi Andrea, it could be a few things, if it's that age it should be still under that warranty so try the manufacturer first. Also you could try explaining it to the manufacturers technical help line. They aren't really geared for home owners, more like us trades people, but they may be able to help. Failing all that post the job on Rated People and make it clear what the problem is.
