We live in a new flat which was built in 2007. We are owner occupiers.Our combi boiler is situated in kitchen adjacent to sink. This is same for all boilers in the block. This week, a British gas Engineer issued a non compliance note during our annual service. Boiler located too close to the sink. Why now after some 8 years do they tell us. It was installed new in a new building by Corgi Installers and passed building regulations. Would you please advise,
