Can anyone advise what the likely labour cost for this underfloor heating installation would be.
Total Area 60m2 split into 3 zones.
1. 26m2 is on a solid floor. I have 25mm insulated boards which need to be fixed onto floor with adhesive. 16mm pipes laid into boards. (Tiling above this to be completed by tiler)
2. 34m2 is on a timber floor. 50mm celotex to be fixed between joists. Aluminium spreader plates laid above the insulation. 16mm pipes into plates and joists notched where required. Finally 25mm 1200x600 screed boards laid on top. (t&g glued on edges).
All materials provided. Job in Manchester.
