Hi Robert You can get refunds if you have not had the opportunity to quote. However be warned if you have too many in a set period of time instead of taking some responsibility for the poor quality of leads, rated people will just point blank refuse them. They will then send you a rather stupid e-mail advising you to check leads better before you buy them (as if it's written on there that the number will be incorrect or they will arrange a time for you to visit and then Simply ignore your calls). If you e-mail rated people to query this you might be luckier than me and actually get a response.
