Ideal Logic + Loss Of Pressure - Heat Exchanger

Hi, 3 year old Ideal Logic Combi losing pressure every 2 days. No leaks (had 2 plumbers out). Researched and found it probably heat exchanger pin hole. Any thoughts? Warranty maybe void as cant find servicing paperwork. Thanks all

You might have to bite the bullet and pay to get it sorted or maybe keep quiet, purchase an extended warranty and claim a few months later not that im advocating dishonesty but its an option...
