Wireless Programmable Thermostat

Posted by Anthony Hogan, on
I've bought a Salus RT500 RF wireless programmable thermostat, which is yet to be installed. My question is this: would the thermostat/receiver replace the existing time switch? As the thermostat is programmable, does it make the time switch redundant?

Hi Ant, By Installing a Salus RT500, You Will Be able to Control The Temperature In The Room It Is Placed And Also Set a Timed Schedule For The Heating To Come On. You Shouldn't Need Any Existing Time Switch. All The Best The Posh Plumbers
