The manufacturers instruction state the minimum space required below the boiler is 200mm. You also need to take in to consideration how the flue is going to terminate, if this on a ground floor and the flue is less than 2m from the ground a terminal guard needs to be fitted or a plumage kit to remove the exhaust gases.
