Thermostat installation

I have an old honeywell thermostat, i was advised to replace with a modern one. I have a Drayton 75750 Thermostat but there are more wires. The old thermostat has just the 3 earth, live and neutral. Is it possible to use this thermostat with my heating system. It is a Alpha CB24/28 boiler approx 5-10 years old.
