Blocked hot water heat exchanger or diverter valve due to sludge from the old pipes the fitter should have cleaned the system with a power flush machine

Had a new 28cdi boiler fitted Nov 2017 plus all new rads. The water pressure at stopcock is at highest level, but when use water have to turn boiler up to max setting to get hot water. Also when have shower have to turn rads on aswell but even then runs hot for short spell than goes cold. The fitter never removed old galvanised pipes.

leaving the old pipework is the norm unless the customer specifies before pricing a job if its not delivering the correct hot water it will be under warranty just call worcesters
