Potterton promax combi 33 HE +. E133 code erro

Changed the ignition igniter and still error comes up. removed pcb and checked capacitors and relays and working fine( I'm a electronics engineer) don't think it's condenser pipe. maybe gas value stuck ?. just won't ignite and pilot light not even on amber. done all the resets and watched all vids on YouTube and read all forums no joy! baxi waste of time won't help. Any help support appreciated ??
