Joining central heating pipes

Posted by Terence Pedley, on
I had a singles radiator that started to leak. I purchsed a double panel radiator. Without thinking the piping would be further away from the wall. Now the pipes do not meet. Anyone any advice.

Hi Terry, your best bet is to post a request in the job section so a local plumber can help you. As its a double radiator (type 22) it will need some pipe alteration. This might have to be done from below the floor boards for a neat job. Please be sure not to just fit the heating system without the relevent chemicals ensuring corrosion doesn't take place in the future. Kind regards Jay Warm Sure Heating
