Hi Susan, sorry to hear this. If you look at the back of the boiler book you should see a page called 'Benchmark' you'll see the gas engineers details but also his company details. If the boiler is registered I would contact the boiler brand warranty team to get them out to see what the problem is. Hope this helps Jay Warm Sure Heating
