At the last service and safety check, British Gas informed me that the due to a change in regulations we no longer have the "correct flue supports for the flue". I would like someone to come out and inspect the flue and the brackets that support it and provide a quote for bringing the flue brackets up to current standards. Unfortunately some of the flue is in a void, but there is an inspection hatch, so hopefully you will be able to access the situation fully without the need for cutting extra holes.
Please note that this is a rental property and so you will need to liaise with the tenant, Larisa, as she is the person who you will need to contact to arrange the appointment. Quotes/invoices for the work will need to come to me directly via email (to [email protected]).
I would also like to know how much you charge for a service and safety inspection as these will be due soon.
