Hi Paul, Yes - if you want to update your rating or make a comment on your original rating, you can do so. You’ll just need to: 1 Log in to your account or launch the mobile app. 2 Click 'My jobs' and select the job that you wish to update the rating on. 3 Click the green 'Change your rating' button. 4 Select a new star rating and enter any additional comments or feedback that you have. 5 Click the 'Rate' button to submit your rating. Any updated rating or comment will be visible to other homeowners and they’ll be able to see the history of your experience, which helps make a more informed decision when choosing a tradesperson.
