Builder incorrectly installed kitchen

I’ve had a nightmare with two different companies from trade people basically the have taken alot of money and incorrectly installed due to both of them not studying plan also left my with exposed live wires left me with no drinking water cooker for 5 weeks both walked off job when I read my rights they both said they don’t work by rules and regulations ivr had to hire someone else to rectify the problem which has lead to more costs which I’m debt which has caused me panick attacks and stress
