Do you work with time scale and what happen if you miss the target?

Hi Maria, Tradespeople signed up with Rated People operate as their own individual companies, so the time scale they set for projects is set by each tradesperson himself/herself. Often, tradespeople will need to do a bit of digging to uncover problems beneath the surface. Walls and floorboards often bring up unexpected issues. Because of this and, occasionally, unforeseen delays with materials, you shouldn’t be too hard on your tradesperson in expecting a job to finish exactly on time - particularly if it gets the desired results and your builder is forthcoming with information throughout the process. That said, if you believe that the delays aren't justified or you're at all uncomfortable with the developments, please do contact our Customer Support Team (here: ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us/contact-us-form) for help and advice. Kind regards, Natalie The Ask an Expert Team
