Hi Daz You can't really tell by just looking at heights and clearance to see of it all complies with regs, you would need to check floor joist strength, insulation depth and type, have electrics certified all of which needs to be done under a retrospective application with your local council building control dept. You would apply then they would tell you what they need from you. Martin
