I am buying a house that had a loft conversion but there is no supporting paper work for building regs as the work was apparently carried out decades ago. I would like to get the loft looked at by a specialist to see how much it would cost to carry out the works for it to comply with building regs & therefore officially be able to be classed as a bedroom.
