Wrought iron balcony

Hi there, We are looking for someone local to manufacture and instal a wrought iron balcony (large enough to sit out on.) Ideally we'd like someone who can do some drawings in order to get it through planning (we know what we want.) They'd have to manufacture and instal themselves.
