Anything to put on artex ceilings before re=skimming apart from pva

2 coats of pva is usually ok prior to plastering however if you want to use another product there is Thistle bond it or Wicks do their own brand and is cheaper. Hope this helps

No nothing but Pva might need to take off high points first & fibre tape any cracks G. Branch plastering
