Job cancellatiom

I want to cancel job,because it did not allow me to put the postcode of where I want the work done, now I have a trades person asking me to ask you guys to refund, as the company had to buy the job. Please can you cancel the job, I have racked my brains and eyes and cannot find the cancel job button, am I being stupid
