So we have just bought a new property and taking off the wallpaper we have noticed what looked like surface cracks go right through the wall. It look like some mesh has been placed over it and skimmed over. Its only on one side of the house opposite to where an extension was done 10+ years ago. Should i be worried? Can they just be skimmed over again?
