Just moved into disabled housing, and the previous tenant liked very bright colours. The paint is old and matt so I can't even wash it. There's no another paint would cover it. It would cost more in the amount of paint I would need. 5 rooms... Hall, kitchen, 2bedrooms, one wall in the bathroom. They plastered two in the bathroom but left 1... Don't get it. Quotes please... Soon as possible I'm desperate the walls are giving me migraines...
