Hi. i recently got a workman from rated people and the job has not been done to a satisfactory standard - i paid £500 to have a ceiling borded and plastered and cracks appeared in days as he didnt use tape. 5 times he said he would come out and reapir it. each time he didnt turn up. each time he didnt let me know. in the end he said he would give me £150 back as this is the quote to put the job right. he said he was too busy to come back. he also left a bag of rubble and didnt refit a light fitting. this has been going on for 2 months. i also see that he has 100% reviews yet someone left a negative review that i saw yesterday for him but yet today its been removed
