Anita, I'm a Gas Safe Engineer / plumber. I'm surprised to hear that, if not a little disappointed. I've used rated for 3 years and know that if credentials are not up to date you cannot, as a tradesman, receive work. Hopefully Rated will follow up your query. Money grabbers should, and I'm sure will, be rooted out.

If a tradesperson purchases a job lead, we email the homeowner his/her profile page which comes complete with any ratings and reviews that they've received during their time with Rated People. We always encourage homeowners like yourself to read these and assess the profile page as a whole before hiring a tradesperson - asking for qualifications and a portfolio of previous work or references from past customers.
