Installing toilet downhill

I'd like to install a toilet and sink under the stairs. However our house is built on a slight hill so the back of the house (and subsequently the drains) is about 1 or 2 foot higher than the middle of the house where I'd like the toilet. Is it even possible to install a toilet in this instance? Ps I really don't want a macerator!

Hi yes I think a toilet could be fitted with some excavation work outside. It would be more expensive than a saniflo but a much better option. Regard Mark
