NO HOT WATER

I used to have hot water in my flat, but haven't had any for a couple of years. I got a plumber in and he replaced the thermostat and I got luke warm water for a while, but not anymore. Also the hot water taps have very weak flow

If you have combi boiler then you need a gas engineer to asses. If you have hot water tank then the fault lies there If you have electric shower and do not use bath the small electric heater 3 Kw 10 Ltr would supply enough water and free up space taken by water cylinder check ariston water heaters. Otherwise new immersion heater or cylinder.
